Raspberry Banana Energy
2 tablespoons protein powder
1 cup raspberries
1 1/2 cups nondairy milk, such as soy, almond or rice milk
1-2 teaspoons sweetener (optional)
1/2 cup ice (optional)
Combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and run it on high speed for 60 to 90 seconds or until the drink is smooth. Add more nondairy milk if a thinner drink is desired. Add more fruit if you want a little extra flavor.
