Radicchio and Orange Salad
1/2 cup radicchio, sliced thin
2 cups mixed salad greens
1 medium orange, peeled and cut into bite size segments
1/4 small red onion, sliced very thin
1 cup cherry tomatoes
olive oil and lemon juice, to taste
Combine all ingredients in a large salad bowl. Add olive oil and lemon juice and toss before serving.
