Blueberry Chia Jam

pic7_147038807Blueberry chia jam is a delicious treat! I enjoy it on my nut butter sandwiches, pancakes and waffles.

This jam is tasty and also has many health benefits. The chia seeds contain beneficial omega 3 fatty acids, which are important for heart health and hormonal health. The sweet, delicious blueberries contain antioxidants that are helpful for memory.

Love, Dr. Susan
