Surprising Avocado Mint

pic30Avocado and peppermint are a delightful match!

The peppermint has a delicious, cool flavor and is also an excellent antispasmodic for digestive health and menstrual cramps, while the avocado creates a smooth texture.

Surprising Avocado Mint

Serves 1

1/2 avocado

1 banana

1 cup almond milk

1 tablespoon lime juice

4-5 peppermint leaves

1/2 cup ice (optional)
