Mango Pineapple Smoothie

mangoMangos are one of my favorite fruits! They are sweet, creamy and amazing.

This enzyme-rich pineapple and mango smoothie is one my favorites. The fruits combine to make a wonderful drink that will help get your digestion back on track!

Mango Pineapple Smoothie

Serves 1-2

1/2 cup pineapple

3/4 cup mango

1/4 cup guava

1/2 cup coconut water

1/2 cup ice (optional)

Combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and run it on high speed for 60 to 90 seconds or until the drink is smooth. Add more nondairy milk if a thinner drink is desired. Add more fruit if you want a little extra flavor.
