Mango Pineapple Delight Smoothie

mangoI often make this delicious smoothie when I invite friends over. They always love it so much I have to make another batch!

This smoothie is not only delicious but fruit such as pineapples also contains high amounts of the enzyme bromelain which can help the body to restore optimum health and healing.

You can learn more about the healing power of enzymes in my book, Enzymes: The Missing Link to Health. Love, Dr. Susan
