Flavored waters are also great to have instead of unhealthy sugary drinks such as soda. Also, if you want to improve your health through a juicing or detoxification diet, flavored waters are great to include in your diet to stay well hydrated.
Raspberry Lime Water
1/2 cup raspberries
1 lime, sliced
few mint leaves
2 quart jar
2 quarts filtered water
Add raspberries, lime and mint to a 2 quart jar. Add filtered water. You can drink the flavored water right away or refrigerate for 1-2 hours to intensify the flavors.
