This jam is tasty and also has many health benefits. The chia seeds contain beneficial omega 3 fatty acids, which are important for heart health and hormonal health. The sweet, delicious blueberries contain antioxidants that are helpful for memory.

Blueberry Chia Jam
2 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen
2 tablespoons chia seeds
2 tablespoons honey
If berries are frozen, defrost first. Add all ingredients to a blender and puree well. Pour into a covered jar and refrigerate before serving. Use within 3-4 days.
